CONTINGENCY FEE:

DUE PROCESS HEARINGS: no additional payment other than the retainer fee is required and no fee is due unless the case is won or settled in your favor and payment is the responsibility of the school district NOT you

SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY: Generally, the total fee will be the lesser of twenty-five (25%) of all past due benefits, or $7,200 from all past due benefits.

RETAINER FEE: $1500-is to be applied towards out-of-pocket expenses and is non-refundable. Typical out-of-pocket expenses may include, but are not limited to: -Court Costs; -Filing Fees; -Process Server Fees; -Deposition Costs; -Sheriff or Clerk of Court Fees; -Investigator’s Fees; -Clerk’s recording fees; -Photocopying; -Postage; -Travel Cost; -Expert Witnesses (excludes attorney fees)

HOURLY RATE: $215 per hour

-Consulting In-Person or by Phone, Email, and Online (such as Zoom/Teams, etc.)

-Document Review

-Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan Meetings

($215 per hour but no more than $750 per meeting)

-Manifestation Determination Review (MDR) and/or Tribunal

($215 per hour but no more than $1000 per incident & does not include appeals))

-Document Drafting and/or Filing (list below is not comprehensive)
